Cell Migration Models (CMM) are epidermal or epithelial models such as the SkinEthic reconstructed human cornea or SkinEthic RHE, on an innovative insert.
This insert has a double porosity to study the migration of cells from the media into the tissues. You can study the infiltration mechanisms and interactions with the epithelial cells of immunocompetent, macrophages, lymphocytes or dendritic cells by reproducing in vitro the phenomena observed in certain chronic inflammatory pathologies for example.
Epidermal or mucosal models reconstructed on this insert are histologically similar to in vivo human epidermis and mucosa.
