DESCRIPTION
Our 3D epidermal models show great similarities with human skin. They allow topical or systemic application of raw materials or finished products to evaluate their effects on human skin metabolic activities and barrier function.
Confocal Raman spectroscopy or LC/MSMS can be used for characterization.
MODELS
PROTOCOL PRINCIPLE
The purpose of this study is to determine the penetration of the test product after topical application on the reconstructed human epidermis models.
