Abstract: Product market launch is time and cost consuming for industry. Some scientific surveys (Olson 2000, Greaves 2004) evidence that animals exhibit weaknesses to predict some human toxicities. Skin shows the poorest concordance (36%) between animal and human. We will present benefits of RHE models in research, efficacy and safety applied to chemicals, cosmetics, and medical devices.
