组学

 

背景 

针对组学实验,用户可以按特定需求,灵活应用标准操作步骤(预孵育,给样,冲洗等)和测试终点(生物化学,分子生物学,组学,细胞成像等),开发自己的测试方法和标准操作规范。与标准化的毒理学测试方法相比,该方法可以选择已知的参考物质作为阳性和阴性对照。

 

描述 

在三维体外重建组织模型出现的同时,组学技术经历了日新月异的快速发展。研究证明,三维组织模型比二维细胞培养更接近人体组织,并且与所有组学技术(基因组学,蛋白质组学,代谢组学等)兼容。应用体外组织模型可以比较对照组和样品组的差异,这是在体实验无法实现的,并可以更好地控制科学参数,以避免对实验结果产生可能的干扰。
